Sacramento, CA has extensive shopping opportunities, being home to three shopping malls, Arden Fair Mall, K Street Mall, and Sunrise Mall. Sacramento is also known for its vibrant art scene, with many art galleries and theatres. You can watch local live performances by the Sacramento Theatre Company, the B Street Theatre, the Sacramento Ballet, Sacramento Opera, or Sacramento Philharmonic. Crocker Art Museum was founded in 1885 was the first public art museum in the Western United States.
